Free Shipping Both Ways
We offer free Standard shipping on every order in the United States. To make your Viducci purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all domestic orders. International orders shipping will be charged based on the destination country and their applicable shipping rates.
All standard orders are shipped via USPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation (normally 3-5 business days for domestic orders.) You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping:
- Free Standard shipping is provided for all domestic orders via USPS (postal service)
- Expedited Shipping options are available for an additional charge during checkout. Please note that expedited shipping are made to a physical business or home address only and not to P.O. box addresses.
International Shipping:
International shipments can be processed online. Customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.
We offer standard and expedited international shipping options. Prices vary based on the destination country. Feel free to contact us directly about international orders at info@viducci.com
Shipping Policies:
Viducci is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For security reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from our offices.
